CHEESECAKE FRUIT BARS

7 oz graham crackers
1/2 cup butter (melted)
pinch of salt
4 oz. fresh blueberries
4 oz. fresh blackberries
1 pears (pealed and cubed)
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 -8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
zest of 1 lemon
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a 13″ x 9″ baking pan.
Put graham crackers in plastic bag and crush. Place in bowl and mix with melted butter until combined. Press mixture in the bottom of the baking pan.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon zest and mix until smooth.
Mix fruit, brown sugar, flour, and spices.
Spread cheese mixture on top of graham cracker crust and then top with the fruit mixture.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cut into bars when cooled.
